During a period of two years more than 90 000 websites have been created in the community in Finland. The local Swedish website community www.suntuubi.se will be launched on Wednesday, 15th October 2008 at 8.00 a.m. local Swedish time. Individuals, communities and companies can create their own websites quickly and completely free of charge with the Pronetko Networks Oy’s Internet service suntuubi.se. With the help of this service anyone interested in websites can produce their own web pages with no previous experience of creating websites. Every user gets a free blog, photo gallery, guest book, user statistics and a discussion forum. The activation, administration and maintenance of the suntuubi.se-service all function with a regular web browser. This means that the user does not have to install any programs in order to use the service. The service can be activated from the website www.suntuubi.se. The aim in Sweden is that 70 000 websites will be created within the first year. As in Finland, the basic applications and features of Suntuubi are free of charge also in Sweden. Fee-based features ordered by sms or internet payment will be available in Sweden by the beginning of year 2009. Incorporation of Suntuubi and new Suntuubi-countries After Sweden, Pronetko is focusing on larger language areas, i.e. England, Spain, Russia and Germany. After the launch in Sweden the aim is also to begin incorporating Suntuubi.
